1-on-1 Coaching Sessions
Three personalized coaching sessions with a Career Coach who will support your progress and keep you on track throughout the program.
How the Program Works

Step 1 — Enroll
Sign up for the Job Readiness Coaching Program and receive immediate access to your learning portal.

Step 2 — Complete Module 1
Watch the first training module and complete your Job Readiness Assessment before meeting with your Career Coach.

Step 3 — Attend Your First Coaching Session
Book your first coaching session through your learning portal. During this session, your coach will review your assessment and work with you to create your personalized Individual Success Plan (ISP).

Step 4 — Continue Learning
Work through the remaining training modules at your own pace while completing the action steps in your ISP.

Step 5 — Complete Your Coaching
After each coaching session, you’ll be able to schedule your next appointment through your learning portal. Your coach will continue supporting your progress, answering questions, and helping you stay on track.

What’s Included
In addition to the online course participants receive three 30-minute sessions with a job coach.
During the coaching process, they will complete an individualized assessment, develop an Individual Service Plan (ISP), identify three priority goals, and create practical action steps.
Each subsequent session provides an opportunity to review progress, address challenges, refine the plan, and determine the participant’s next steps.
Following the final coaching session, participants will receive 30-, 60-, and 90-day follow-up check-ins and may contact the Workforce Development Center if additional assistance is needed.
