Affordable PCA Training for Our Community

 

At The Community Outreach Coalition, we provide high-quality Personal Care Aide (PCA) training to adults in our community for just $50. Each certificate actually costs us $350 to deliver, but we intentionally absorb that gap so more people can enter the home-care field. Through this model, we’ve trained over 200 PCAs who are ready to support local home health care agencies.

PCA Sponsorship Overview

The Personal Care Aide (PCA) Training Program at Community Outreach Coalition was created to open the door for more compassionate caregivers to enter the home-care field. We provide high-quality, hands-on training that prepares adults to safely support seniors and individuals with daily living needs. Although each certificate costs us $350 to deliver, we intentionally charge participants just $50 to remove financial barriers. This model has allowed more than 200 people in our community to become trained PCAs—building confidence for them and strengthening the workforce for local home-care agencies.
